Cookie policy
Cookies, plainly.
What we’d set, why, and how you stay in control. The short version: nothing optional runs until you accept.
Last updated June 2026
A cookie is a small file a website keeps in your browser. We keep ours to a minimum, and we don’t load anything for analytics until you’ve given us a clear yes.
This page covers the cookies autobus.app may use. It’s separate from how the Autobus apps handle your data once you’re a customer. That lives in our privacy policy.
Strictly necessary
These keep the site working and remember your cookie choice so we don’t ask again. They’re always on, because the site can’t run without them, and they don’t track you.
- autobus_consent Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies.
Analytics (optional)
If you accept, we use PostHog to understand which pages people read and where the waitlist loses them, so we can make the site better. These load only after you say yes, never before.
- PostHog Privacy-friendly product analytics: page views and funnel steps. Loaded only with your consent.
Staying in control
You decide. Decline and nothing optional ever loads. Accept and you can change your mind at any time, right here.
You can also clear cookies in your browser settings whenever you like. That resets your choice, and we’ll ask again on your next visit.
